My Favorite Fruit of the Spirit

  • Love – intense feeling
  • Joy – feeling of happiness
  • Peace – freedom from disturbance
  • Long-suffering – patience in spite of troubles, especially those caused by other people
  • Gentleness – kind, tender, mild-mannered
  • Goodness – quality of being morally good
  • Faith – complete trust in God

Faith is my absolute favorite on this list.    When you accept Jesus and have a close relationship with God, all the fruits are just the best part of everyday life.

Faith is challenging, yet so very rewarding.   Having Faith when times are easy, is easy 😊   But keeping the Faith when times are tough; that is when it becomes challenging.   The bigger the challenge, the bigger the reward.   The last 3 years in my life, was testing and trying – and my Faith in God, and my God pulled me through every single situation, every second of every day.    After losing my dad early 2017 – and the spiral from thereon, my Faith just became stronger and stronger; because I was weak, and that was the best thing that I could ever face.   When we are weak, God is strong within us.   Give it all to God, don’t try and do His work for Him 😊

Think about which one is your favorite fruit of the spirit and focus on that.   Let it grow stronger.  Work and focus on it more and more every day.  Make that your one word for 2020.  When ever you are in a situation, speak your one word out loud.   Practice it, live it, love it.

The Godly freedom that comes with the fruits of the Spirit, is indescribably amazing.   I just don’t have words for the feeling of love and freedom and peace that I find in Jesus every second of every day.

Have a great week and subscribe and share share share 😊

Mark 11:22-24 ESV
And Jesus answered them, β€œHave faith in God. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, β€˜Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
